Remembering Gian Carlos

Yesterday, April 25th, my cousin Gian (pronounced John) was killed in a car accident on his way to Mexico with his mom! I just wanted to post a picture of him and let everyone know what an amazing person he was. He was absolutely one of my favorite and closest cousins. He had the very best laid back personality and was so much fun to be around. He touched so many lives in his short 25 years here in this live and I know that he will continue to touch lives in the new work he has! I will miss you so much Gian! Thank you so much for everything and being such an amazing person! I love you! And to all my friends and family, please keep his family in your prayers as they are struggling so much right now! My Aunt Denuria was with him and she is in the hospital still in critical condition so just remember to keep them in your prayers.

Yay! I am so excited because we got our new computer finally and I can actually update my blog more than once a year! It has a slot that I can stick my memory card directly into, so no more going to Wal Mart and making a disc and all that fun stuff! Anyways, as you can see...Grant finally decided to start walking! No April fools this time. It hasn't been too crazy either because he was still into everything when he crawled. Now he just walks to get from point A to point B instead of crawls. It's so cute to see him walk! He seems so little to me still. I can't believe how fast they grow! Everyone warns you but you can't even comprehend it until it happens!

Okay, I can't believe that I am actually posting this picture! It has got to be the scariest picture of me EVER! I just barely found it and it kind of makes me laugh because it doesn't look like I just had a baby, it looks like I volunteered for an all out WWE smackdown! The things we go through for our children! I pushed for TWO hours! Do you understande now why my face looks like a... I don't even know anything awful enough to compare it to! Anyways, back to my point, the things we go through for our kids but wow is it worth it! I love my little Grant soooo much and am soooo grateful for the joy and love he brings into my life! Even when he eats the dog food!

So, I was kind of disappointed to find out my body was only worth 5 g's when I kick the bucket! I haven't had any weird medical disorders or anything though, so I guess I can't be too disappointed. Also, on the bright side, less motive for someone to murder me, make it look like an accident, and sell my body for cash$$$!
