How did I get so lucky?

This year, especially around this time, I feel so blessed. I have such an amazing family. My husband is so wonderful and works so hard for us. He treats me like a princess and didn't even get mad at me when I wrecked his brand new truck. If that isn't love I don't know what is? I have the most wonderful son I could ever have dreamed of having. Just hearing his voice makes me smile and even though he is getting to be quite the busy boy, I can't help but laugh when he does something naughty because he is just so cute. I am also so grateful for my Pprents and siblings. We have so much fun when we are all together.

Merry Christmas!

Nathan, Grant, and I went to Price this year to celebrate Christmas with my family! It was so much fun. Having Grant really makes Christmas feel special again. He was so cute when we went in to open presents. I thnk that he liked the boxes that the presents came in better than the actual toys though. Spending Christmas with my family also made it so special. This is the last Christmas We will get to spend with Logan for two years because he is leaving on his mission to Chile on January 16th.
I seriously am such a crazy Christmas finatic. I love it so much. Every year I am the one that does all of the decorating. I even hang up the lights. Nathan doesn't care to do it and it's something I love doing so it works out for us.
Well, I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.

Christmas Pictures!

This year, we had one of my friends come over and take our Christmas pictures. And they turned out great, if I do say so myself. We had a lot of fun. So... here they are. Well, at least a few of them because I am having some technical difficulties posting my pictures!

Caca's first dance!

My little sister Erica went to her very first school dance. It was Pref. She had a ton of fun and looked so beautiful! I can't believe how fast she has grown up. She has turned into such a beautiful young lady and I love her so much!

Grant's first Halloween!

This year was Grant's very first Halloween! He was a monkey. I got this costume back in August because when I found it, I knew it was perfect. Anyway...we drove down to Price, I am on babysitting duty because my parents, Logan, and Erica, went to Puerto Rico. My cousin Alicia and her son Wylee also came down and we went trick-or-treating together. We only went to a few houses but got a ton of candy. People look at how cute the little kids are and give them more candy, even though they can't eat it. It was kind of funny.

Happy Halloween!!!!

At church this last Sunday, I ran into one of the ladies I use to work with at The Castle Valley Center, a special education school, and she invited me to come to their Halloween party. It was so much fun, especially because it has been so long since I have seen everyone. I dressed Grant up in his monkey costume and had a great time.

October 31st is 13 backwards!

So Halloween was quite the eventful day. For the most part it was great but here's where the saying "what goes up must come down" becomes shockingly relavent. As I was leaving a Halloween party at the place I use to work, I (and shame on me) heard my phone buzzing because I had gotten a text message. I opened my phone to read a text message while I was turning out of the parking lot and hit a parked truck! It was the saddest thing ever. Now my brand new truck's right side door is not functionable and the other truck has a gaping hole in the side of it. I also got a citation for improper lane usage. I haven't ever even had a speeding ticket. Anyway... I hope this is a lesson to all who text while they drive!

Our New Ride!!!

I think I have lived in cowboy country too long! What can I say. I am a little confused on who I am. I love hip hop but I drive a big lifted truck?
But wow, it sure is sexy! Grrr!

Nathan and I bought a brand new 2008 Dodge Cummins two weeks ago. It's a lot of fun and way nice! It has a navigation system, sun roof, and everything you can imagine! The back seat is HUGE. I was shocked when I saw it. I was pretty skeptical when Nathan wanted to get a truck because they usually have such small back seats and I didn't want to have to fight to get Grant's car seat back there but I definately do not have that problem. We love it a lot. Here's a few pictures of it.

Arizona Round 2

Creepy picture of Mike and I!!! See the resemblance? Could it possibly be our coolness that brings the resemblance? Something to think about!
Boy what hunky guys! Am I lucky or what? Note- this is a very good picture of Grant's comb-over. Also see picture #14.

This is my Aunt Darlene and for those of you who think the lady holding Grant is my sister, it's not. She is my mother! She is so beautiful and wins the "Total BFF of Toni" award. Which I have to say is quite the accomplishment. Congratulations Agustus! Bruce loves you! (Most of you probably wont get that)!

This is my awesome mother-in-law on her styling new couch!

One of my favorite of the six siblings and my awesome cousin Jean Carlos. Logan and I are competing for the top spot in the family! I am definately winning right now though. After giving my parents their first grandchild, well, how do you top that?

I would like everyone to notice that my son is finally starting to get some more hair. If you look, you can see that he has a perfect comb-over. Very stylish and can come in handy!

Nathan, Grant, and I had the opportunity to go to Arizona together this last weekend. It was kind of a last minute thing. My mom called and said that her and her brothers and sister were throwing a suprise birthday party for my Grandpa Gonzalez. It was his 78th. Nathan actually had the week off (there is a first for everything), so we just hopped in our new truck and headed out. It was so much fun. It seemed like we drove all over the state. We did end up going through four states! Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. We also got to see a lot of family and friends we didn't get to see the last time we were there.
We had a photographer come and take pictures of everyone. My little cousin Heaven Lee, who is the cutest little thing and only four, was so funny. They were getting ready to take the picture and all of a sudden she told everyone to wait and she would be right back. She ran inside. Everyone was like, what in the world is she doing. She came back outside and said "Okay, I had to put my lipstick on"!
In one of the pictures, I am with my Uncle Mike! It kind of creeps me out though because we sure do look alike in it.
