Girl's Night out Retro style. We had a great time. We went out to eat at Don pedros first and then headed over to Nanette's for a litle Rock Band and social time. No kids allowed!

We had a little birthday party for Grant at our house and it was so fun. Nathan's sister Catherine and her hubby Tyler came up and my parents also partied hard with us! Catherine refused to let me take a picture of her. We had such a great time though. Thanks for coming up everyone.

Later that night, we went to yummy Don Pedros (obviously my choice eatery) and they brought Grant some fried ice cream. He got to wear the Birthday Sombrero!

Today is my Grant Stinkums, Little Diddle, Monkey Moo's 2nd birthday; and I literally cannot believe it. Where on earth did the time go? I look at these pictures and wonder if Grant really was ever that small. Being Grant's mom is the GREATEST gift I could have ever asked for. I love this kid more than anything in the world and can't imagine my life without him. He is everything to me! I can't wait to give him a birthday party this weekend and hope he has a great birthday! I love you Granny Fanny!

Judgement or Judgment

Grammar Lesson of the Day:

So I going over the weekly reading for school. We were going over some basic grammar skills. The lesson was talking about adding suffixes to a word and when to keep or drop the -e. They had a list of exceptions and "judgment" was one. I thought surely it was spelled wrong, so I looked it up and sure enough. I called both my parents and asked them how they spell it. They also added an -e. Seriously, I am just curious how many people actually knew that it is "judgment" and not "judgement"! I am still in disbelief and not totally willing to accept the fact that I have been spelling it wrong my whole life!

Don't Trade Amare!

So, apparently the Suns are thinking of trading Mr. Stoudemire. All I have to say about that is, PLEASE don't. I will die if they trade Amare. That is pretty much just as heart wrenching as trading Nash would be. I freakin' love Amare Stoudemire. I don't know how I would break the news to Logan on his mission. It would probably kill the poor boy. I don't think Phoenix wants to be responsible for the death of one of their most devoted fans! So, don't trade him!
